Who can buy
You must be 21 or older to use this site or buy from it. By placing an order you confirm you are 21 or older and that hemp-derived THCA flower is legal where the order is delivered.
Products
Our flower is sold as hemp under the federal definition in effect on the date of sale, with a delta-9 THC concentration of 0.3% or less on a dry-weight basis as shown in each batch's certificate of analysis. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Don't drive or operate machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment clears. We can cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, the shipping address is in a restricted state, or we can't verify age, and we refund anything paid.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live, including possession limits. We don't give legal advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
