Returns and replacements

Unopened packages

Return any unopened, sealed package within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email help@dojafarm.com with your order number first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, and you don't need to send anything back.

Opened flower

We can't resell opened flower, so we can't take it back. If something is wrong with it, email us and we'll make it right.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
